OUR STORY
During an illustrious 30-year career in corporate America, Founder DeAnna Busby-Rast honed her expertise in sales and marketing, steering training, marketing, sales and account management teams, assuming leadership roles, devising business growth strategies, fostering partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, and holding C-Suite positions.
DeAnna was driven by a profound sense of purpose to answer to a greater calling - to impart her wealth of knowledge onto others as they navigate their professional journeys. In 2023, she made the courageous decision to step away from corporate America and create Authentica Group as a platform to connect with and support ambitious professionals, seasoned executives, and business owners seeking to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
Drawing upon her extensive experience in strategic leadership and personnel management, DeAnna provides tailored solutions for individual and business growth. Her passion for connecting authentically with clients, fostering collaborative relationships, and teaching & growing others is at the heart of all the Authentica does.

As a coach, executive advisor, and enlightening speaker, she is passionately committed to helping ambitious professionals, seasoned executives, and business owners push beyond their potential.
DeAnna was born and raised in Nebraska and, outside of her professional pursuits, her greatest joy in life is her family, including her wonderful husband, four adult children, and their 3 dogs and 1 cat. DeAnna is a proud volunteer for the TEAMMATES and Dreamweaver non-profit organizations.
