OWN THE ROOM™

A 6-Week Group Coaching Experience for Executive Presence, Strategic Communication, and Presentation Confidence

How you show up matters.
What you say matters.
What you put on the screen matters.

Most professionals focus on what they need to say.
Far fewer think about how their presence, message, materials, and delivery shape the way others experience their leadership.

Own the Room™ is Authentica Group’s six-week group coaching program for professionals who want to communicate with more clarity, lead with more confidence, and show up with greater authority in meetings, presentations, and high-stakes conversations.

WHY THIS PROGRAM MATTERS

Executive Presence Is More Than Confidence

Executive presence is not just posture.
It is not just public speaking.
And it is not something reserved for senior executives.

It is how you enter a room, how you organize your thinking, how clearly you communicate, and whether your materials reinforce or weaken your message.

That is why Own the Room™ goes beyond presentation tips.

This group coaching experience helps you develop the full communication skill set needed to lead more effectively in professional settings, from one-on-one conversations to meetings, presentations, and stage moments.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Group Coaching for Professionals Who Want to Communicate With More Influence.

Own the Room™ is designed for professionals who want to elevate how they lead, speak, and present in visible or high-impact environments.

Lead meetings or need to contribute more confidently in them.

Present ideas to clients, leadership teams, or stakeholders.

Want to sound more concise and credible in every setting.

Feel your slides or materials are not helping your message.

Hesitate to speak up in high-level rooms.
